It is advisable firstly to decide how much you would like to spend.

This Snooker table cake for example is a vanilla Maderia cake measuring 10 inches by 5 inches before decorated. It has homemade seedless raspberry jam and butter cream through, then coated in buttercream and finally a soft silky fondant icing.

The novelty decorations are then hand crafted before being placed on the cake and finally a personal message of your choice to finish.

This hand crafted bespoke cake costs £40

This is an 8 inch lemon flavoured sponge with homemade lemon curd through. It is coated in buttercream and covered with white chocolate shavings.

It is then topped with glace icing and finally a personal message of your choice is added.

This hand crafted cake costs £18
